The predecessor of C & I PARTNERS was the China Legal Affairs Center under the direct control of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China. In light of the development of Chinese economy and its closely related lawyer business, the China Legal Affairs Center was officially established in 1984 under the approval of the Ministry of Justice. As a legal service institution, China Legal Affairs Center attracts a large number of outstanding and professional lawyers and becomes one of the largest legal service institutions in Chinese history. The China Legal Affairs Center has won high reputation thanks to its staff, who dedicate themselves to provide high quality and efficient legal services to organizations and individuals all over the world.
With the improvement of the Chinese market economy system and the deepening market-oriented reform of legal service market caused by the former, the China Legal Affairs Center has been transformed into a partnership named C & I PARTNERS on June 18, 1995 under the approval of the Ministry of Justice C & I PARTNERS is organized by leading lawyers from the China Legal Affairs Center, and holds a brief as “We highly treasure the trusts of our clients. We safeguard the interests of our clients”.
In accordance with the economic and social development in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, in particular, with the city functional orientation of Shanghai, C & I PARTNERS Shanghai Office was established in May, 1995 for the purpose of shar ing the superior resources of Beijing headquarters and other domestic and international branches, improv ing service network and maintain ing high quality, efficient and expeditious legal service standard. We do and will promote our business in the Yangtze Delta rapidly and stably with our professional advantages and social effectiveness.
C & I PARTNERS Shanghai Office has a n experienced lawyer team, and all of the lawyers graduated from first-class law schools, therefore holding bachelor, master, or doctor degree s respectively. They have legal, administrative or other diversified career background s in domestic and international well-known law offices or other legal institutions, famous enterprises, first-class universities and senior governmental departments.
